As professional administrative trustees, The Trustee Group is responsible for beneficiary distributions from decedent’s trusts. Most trusts documents require trustees to distribution assets to the beneficiaries in some form or another. This can include payments for college, distributing and/or selling real estate, waiting for a child to come of age prior to receiving funds, or maintaining the quality of life status quo for the family members left behind, aka the beneficiaries.
In simple terms, beneficiary distributions are payments made by the trustee of the trust to the beneficiary or beneficiaries of the trust. The distributions are made from the assets of the trust as prescribed in the trust documents created by the settlor.
It is not uncommon nor unusual for trust documents to provide for the personal needs and discretionary needs of the beneficiaries for which the trust was created. As provided for in the trust documents, The Trustee Group will handle these distributions.

There are times where family circumstances change, and good decision making is necessary. There can be unforeseen distributions that are needed for beneficiaries. For example, medical bills, education, and cost of living . The professionals at The Trustee Group will protect and preserve your legacy of assets.
